My friend has a 2016 nv3500 with the 5.6 v8. This van will intermittently die while driving. It acts like the key is just shut off but the dash light do not lose power. There is no CEL or stored codes. The van restarts like nothing is wrong once the key is actuated. Sometimes it only dies once and sometimes it dies 10-20 times trying to get the van home on short trips. Has anyone experienced this type of failure with this van? -
I am also interested in upgrading the brakes on my 2015 nv3500 high roof. They're mechanically fine but don't seem as effective/efficient as even my (former) 2013 nv2500. I was just wondering if there are any updates/new suggestions since the last post here is seven years old. Also how the hell is 2017, seven years ago?! Thanks yall!

Hello all! As always, I love this forum and apologies if I'm posting "incorrectly". I have a 2015 NV3500 high roof that's fairly new to me (purchased Sept 2023), but I did previously own a 2013 NV2500. Anyway the previous owner had the rear doors rekeyed (it uses a gray Nissan key instead of black). So the interior buttons do not lock/unlock them. Turning the key in other doors does not lock/unlock them. However, turning they key in the rear doors will lock/unlock the rest of the van. I may not ever re-rekey the rear doors but having them lock/unlock via fob would be nice. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Hey all, just recently did wheels and tires and I wanted to share. I ended up doing 275/70 on an 18in rim with +20mm offset. Looks amazing and there’s no rubbing or door issues.

I need, if possible, the wiring scheme for a Nissan NV200 to see how to connect the controls from the steering wheel with the car's (original) navigation

So, I know 275/65r20 with a +18 offset will fit a stock nv3500 but……… Will a 285/55r20 or even a 33/11.5r20 fit on a stock one and if so, what offset did you use? Ps- I don’t mind buying an extended door bracket but i don’t want to lift it. Thanks in advance. Would love pics if possible. 👍🏻

Has anyone tried one of these $10 tools on Amazon such as "VXDAS GL50448 TPMS Relearn Tool" ? I have a 2016 nvp 3500 and think it'd be handy when the reset is forgotten at the shop post tire rotation. Save a few minutes vs. the per-tire inflation/deflation routine.
