Welcome. Looks like you have already enjoyed modifying your NV. Wheels, tires, no emblems and black front Nissan emblem...Flat black hood?

Yes. I love this van.

So far

Wheels and tires

Fuel coupler 20x9 20mm offset.(25mm would be ideal imho)

Toyo AT 2 285/55/20 with slider door hinge spacer. We tried the 295's just would not fit.

Bully dog GT platinum

Airaid cai.

Removed overload springs for almost 1 inch rear drop and added air helper springs.

Vinyl wrapped hood mirrors and sliding door rail

30% tint up front 70% on the windshield..

Focal K2 separates. Alpine head unit and amps JL audio subs.

3 layers dynamat entire van including headliner.

Magna flow 22" muffler mandrel bent custom exhaust. Zero cis noise.

All emblems removed.

200 amp alternator.

Remote start.

Working on custom seat brackets for quick release captains chairs in the back. Still don't see how they can.possibly get 324 seating configurations out of this setup. I've tried and only could see maybe 100.wtf do I know anyway.lol

Plan on trading up to the diesel when it becomes available. This van is awesome and my family and I absolutely love it.

You might have a long wait. But then you'll be ready to do the upgrades again...

You are the first to deal with the sliding door track.

Hope aftermarket is paying attention to what you and others have done.

What part of the country are you in? 70% tint on windshield? The photos are on your other post.

Thanks for the heads up on the pics. I double posted originally. The rail vinyl has been on for 3 months now and is still holding up really well. I am in northern Nevada. The 70% is barley noticeable to the untrained eye. The tint has a ceramic coating and greatly reduces heat transfer through the windshield. I have had it on my trucks and wife's suv's for years with great results. Had officers give me tickets for the sides and never even look twice at the windshield.

I have heard rumors of diesel for the 2018 model year. Do you have some info on this?

None. Chris_cm probably is the best source.

In Tucson, the commercial dealer claims to have sold 15 diesel Titans. Had 21 gas Titans on the lot. The 1 and only new Titan I've seen is the gas version. Locally, this could mean no one is interested in diesel. Gas is cheap and diesel is $.60 more a gallon. If this is true around the country, maybe Nissan will see it as more attractive to commercial users. Pure speculative nonsense on my part...

My local dealer is telling me mid 18 for the diesel. Hope he's right..

Curious - why did you remove the overload springs and then add back airbags?  Ride comfort?  Ride height/looks?  Both??

Nice looking van.  Where did you mount the subs?

Nice to see another BDGT owner.  I love mine and I really liked my Airaid intake until I towed with it.  Noise was just too much with the motor sitting at higher RPM's when pulling our big camper.  If I didnt tow so much it would have definitely stayed on the van.

Ride height was the reason. I wanted it level unless towing. It sits about 1/4 inch lower in the front with the rear overloads removed. Added the airbags so we don't sag when towing. Mounted the subs on side in the jack area in custom fiberglass box.I figure if the intake is too loud while towing I will crank the tunes a bit. The van hits an impressive 148 DB which is very hard to do with a vehicle this size.

I'd like to see pics of the system! I worked for a large shop many years ago and we made several IASCA National winning systems. Back then 148db would be crazy impressive with a full wall of subs and massive amps. My old spl winning setup hit 144 with 6 - 12" and 4 - 10" backed by 2000W in a lot smaller vehicle than our NV's! Now 144 is laughable and can be hit with a single sub in the right setup. When I quit we were staring to get into the high 150's with our big rigs. 148 is amazing in our big vans and I'm guessing thats a musical SPL and not just burping it to get big numbers. My old system was fully musical at max SPL unlike pure beast rigs where it's just massive volumes of air being moved.

I'd love to do a system in my van but priorities are elsewhere these days. I always stare at our huge doors and pockets and think about building that all out for an amazing front stage. I bet we could stuff a 8" mid in there easily.

BTW - to those who don't know 148db is Very loud. Like permanent hearing loss loud if you cranked it all the time and getting borderline painful. .
