NV Passenger starting issue

Hi everyone,


We purchased a 2017 NV passenger SL model 10 days ago. Last night, after driving about 30 minutes away and taking the kids to a movie, the van wouldn't start. Wouldn't turn over or anything. Turn the key, the dash lights and radio would come on and that was it. After 2 hours, it finally started. It wasn't the battery. Any thoughts? It makes me nervous to take the kids anywhere by myself! A van with 450 miles shouldn't be giving me any issues!!


Also, the switch on the dash for the sensors sometimes starts flashing. I turn it off and then turn it back on and it still flashes. 


Any ideas?

Take it to the dealer closest to you so they can check it out. If they find nothing, use you phone to take a video of the flashing sensor lights next time it happens.

You are right. This shouldn't happen with a brand new van, but you have a great warranty and most service departments do a good job. If you are not happy with the result, contact Commercial customer service.
