Mark Rogers Posted September 25, 2017 I don't think the 2018 NVPs will start shipping until December. That makes it hard to publish a good review in September. :-) The local DMV calls my NVP a truck simply because it has a combined max gross weight over 8,000 pounds. They even made me buy special truck license plates.
