radin2son Posted June 19, 2018 Is this a diy project? We’ve seen many simple solar-gravity systems attached to all sorts of dirtbag vans. Tanks and pvc painted black with a hose hanging along the side of the van. You have sturdy rack mounts to work with. Solar heating shouldn’t be a problem in a beach parking lot. Check out various van life blogs as most diy conversions on this site avoid the issue of water and plumbing, particularly heating water.
