  1. We've been installing a 90" board that is similar to the boards that are factory installed on Suburbans and similar vehicles. We are welding a mounting bracket system for them to give them the strength they need for years of use. They are an aluminum base with a black plastic covering. I'll try to get a couple pictures up on our website so that you can see what they look like installed. I currently have a few Sprinters in the shop with them on but you'll get a good idea of what they'll look like when put on the Nissan. The price for a set with the custom brackets is $500 plus shipping. Bill www.oaktreevans.com
  2. CRL only offers the vented window for that position. $455. For that price you can pick it up at their warehouse in Denver for no shipping charges. The only other company offering windows for the NV is Hehr which is a much more expensive window. I'm not in my office right now but I believe their fixed window is almost as expensive as the CRL is with the vents. I'll look it up tomorrow and see what the difference is and let you know. 3. Kind of far away but I've been doing conversion work all over CA and AZ. There's not to many small conversion shops left after the industry took a down turn in the 90's and then when the economy tilted. If I can help you, let me know. Bill www.oaktreevans.com
  4. The factory ford seats work really well in the NV. We've installed them for local dealers several times. You can use the three person bench or the full length four person bench using the factory quick release hardware. Make sure and use large heavy fender washers under the floor so you have the strength needed in case of an accident. I have a seat supplier that takes them out of Ford vans that are converted to commuter vans so we usually have a pretty good supply of them. If you need help getting what you need let me know. 5. CRL won't sell to private party individuals. They will only sell through their dealer network. That's why you probably didn't get the response you wanted. Many of the reps at CRL only know what windows they have but don't know how they fit or install. The CRL windows for the Nissan NV fill the factory cut out almost to perfection. I haven't been asked to replace a factory window with a vented CRL window but I have to believe that it would fit without any problems. We do this kind of replacement on the Sprinters quite often. The most difficult part of the work is getting the factory glass out and the metal cleaned up for the new window. The CRL vented windows all come with a screen. We always try to sell the windows for less than anybody online so if I can be of help let me know. 6. I'm already getting requests for windows for the 200. And I've had two people wanting to do simple conversions so they can sleep in them. I think Nissan has a winner on their hands. Bill www.oaktreevans.com
