Ok, so it's ugly, but cheap and. hopefully effective. I insulated the large lower cavities with "Roxul" batt insulation and the upper panels with rigid foam. I then sprayed foam in the gaps. I also used spray foam in the small, double-wall cavities, including the inside of the roof supports. When I get to it, I'll use the same method on the roof. 15 cans of foam so far, but it will be way less expensive than buying the BBQ-sized cans.
