  1. HI, I would like to add a kill switch on my 2012 NV 2500. Can someone please tell me where the fuel pump relay is located? If you can be very specific, I would appreciate it. A picture would be even better. Thanks in advance. Rod in San Francisco
  2. In 2016, I bought the same swivel seat and installed it in a few hours. It requires a little bit of grinding and welding for the modification. It was well worth the effort. Anybody in San Francisco that would like to do the same, I can show you my swivel seat conversion.
  3. If you plan to add solar panels to the roof, the location of your fan is critical. Also, depending on your layout inside the van, the fan should be located near where you would want to exhaust odors. In my case, I have a composting toilet near the rear doors and would want to vent out these odors. Also, in my case, I have two 150 watt solar panels on the roof. Just my opinion. but Fantastic fans are over rated. Great customer service is what everybody raves about when their fans are not working. But why are so many people needing to have their fans worked on? I have a Max Air fan which works perfectly. No need to call customer service. The remote is far better than Fantastic fan remote and the Max Air fan has more features and is very quiet. The best feature of the Max Air fan is that you don't need to close the fan cover when it's raining. The looks of the Max Air cover is striking. Some people install a Max Air fan cover on top of their Fantastic fans. Again, just my humble opinion. Rod
  4. Those Disc-0-beds are a great idea!
  5. Adding that wrap is a great idea. Very clever idea!
  6. Hi, I'm researching on installing a batter isolator on my 2013 NV so that I can charge my solar battery bank while driving. Where is the voltage regulator on my 2013 nv and what does it look like? Pictures would be helpful if possible. Thank you in advance Rod in San Francisco
  7. Since I never sat in the passenger seat of my 2500, I never knew that the seat reclines all the way down. Now I don't need to swap seats anymore. Now I need to find a alternative to the $500 front seat swivel sold at swivelsrus.com. Anybody have any ideas? Rod San Francisco
  8. axulsuvGood point on the seat belts. It's something that I will look into, but still think it's doable and free. Rod
  9. I have the 2012 2500 NV with the fully electric and adjustable driver seat and manual passenger seat. I have thoughts of swapping the drivers seat with the passenger seat and vise versa. I'm doing this because I would like to install a swivel for the passenger side and use the electric driver seat which almost fully reclines. This new swivel passenger seat would be great for stretching out along with a foot stool. I plan to build a cabinet almost directly behind the existing driver seat, which will not allow the drivers seat to fully recline. I think it's a waste of fully adjustable seat if it can fully recline. Do you think that this is possible? The electric wiring for the drivers seat would need to be extended about 3 feet when mounted in the passenger position. Thanks in advance. Any help would be appreciated. Rod San Francisco
  10. Thanks, perhaps when the replacement key was made, it changed the original code. I will have the found key reprogrammed.
  11. Hi, 2 years ago I lost the original 2012 2500 NV key and had a locksmith replace it. 2 years later, I found the original key but it does not start the car. I wonder if someone can explain this. Is there some type of self programming procedure I can do to make the original key work again? Thanks in advance Rod in San Francisco
  12. Disregard that question about the part number. It's the FW805R. The reason I questioned it, was because the inside of the window looks different from the outside from your pictures. But it's the same window.
  13. laharview,What was the CRL model number for the window slider? Rod
