Hi there, our tank also has a 3'' lift, larger tires, and 4x4.  i dont recall the exact height, but it clears an 8 ft garage by about an inch. so maybe like 95''...

Tires are 275/65/20. Whom ever came up with this size nailed it, the slide door opens just fine, but I don't know that you could fit a piece of paper between the tire and door. That being said the tire does not leave any markings on the door. I do have a lift advanced 4x4 put it on from the dealer, I believe it's a 2" or possibly 3". That being said a friend of mi e has 20" rims and no lift just factory NV wits 20's and they do t seem to have a problem with it either.

Tim dahle told me they added the 3" lift.
