  1. In my 2015 NVP the bulb on the right (when facing the van) cannot be reached well enough to turn it. It is also in too tight a space to get a tool on it. The only way I see its possible to change the bulb is to remove the whole headlight assembly. To do that it seems like there are two hex screws connecting the frame to the light assembly. Then there are clips that are behind the grill. I wasnt sure if there was a way to disconnect them without taking the whole grill (or panel below or above the grill) apart.
  2. The rear A/C in our 2015 NVP 3500 is not good. The blower sounds like there is a blockage in the duct work. The air flow in the roof vents it so bad. It is hard to keep it cool back there in the summer. I took it to the dealership two different times to have them look at it and they say it is working the way it is supposed to.
  3. Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to replace the main Hi/Low headlight bulb in a 2015 NVP 3500? I have searched the forum and youtube with no success. Thanks in advance for any help and bring on the insults for not knowing how to change a bulb. Ha!
  4. Does anyone know where I can find instructions or a video on how to change the main /Low headlight bulb on a 2015 NVP 3500?
  5. I use USAA too. Before purchasing my 2015 NVP I got a quote for insurance. After I made the purchase and went to update my policy with my new NVP they gave me a hard time about insuring it. I only use it for personal use ( i have a big family) .
  6. I have a 2015 NVP 3500. it has 43k miles on it. Over the past 5-10k miles I notice an intermittent vibration in the steering wheel. It comes and goes without any other notice of symptom. When its not vibrating you would never know anything was wrong. When it is vibrating it feels like something bad is about to happen. When I stop or slow down or make a turn it usually goes away. I took it to the dealer which is 30-40 minutes away. They kept it for two days and said the only thing they noticed was one of the front tires had a flat section on the treads that may have been causing it. I hd them put two new tires on the front and alignment when I drove it home it seemed tight and no rumbling. The next day my wife was driving and as soon as she pulled out of the driveway it was rumbling worse than ever. She got it on video on her phone. I took the van back to the dealership and they cant seem to find anything wrong or even recreate the problem. Anyone have similar problems?
  7. I think they removed that feature so it would be harder to figure out how bad the mpg is
  8. 13-14 mpg all day long from new to present (17,000 miles) I have the 3500 V8, use synthetic oil.
  9. I searched online and I couldnt find the air raid cai available for the nv passenger. What site did you use? Also, which OBD II Reader worked for you? I see a bunch out there and I am not that mechanically inclined. These seem awesome though that you can monitor things on your phone.
  10. I was dissapointed at not having the avg mpg too. I think they removed it because they thought they'd have a hard time selling the vans with it showing 13 mpg.
  11. that sounds frustrating, my only issue with the rear ac is that the air doesnt blow out of the ceiling vents very hard even with the blower on full blast. I think I have a clogged or disconnected duct though. I notice a lot of condensation on the window next to the vertical section of ductwork above the blower. Dealership said it was working fine, but there's obviously a problem.
  12. I have a problem with my NV Passenger rear ac that I believe is clogged or disconnected duct work. Not much air comes out of ceiling vents even when i have blower on full blast. Dealership said its ok but theres no way that blower shouldn't pump a lot more air than it does. I noticed an air leak in the duct work in the vertical section above the blower that blows onto the window near the top. To me that would indicate either a disconnected or blocked section of duct work. Even after explaining this to the deal they said its working the way its supposed to. Does anyone know where I can get instructions on how to take the panels of to expose the duct work? I would bet any amount of money that I see an obvious problem.
