So I have a 2013 Nissan NV3500 took to the dealer & they said its the heater core. So they told me to look at my warranty when I get home so I did & called them & they said they would replace if its not plugged. So I called back the dealer & service had no clue & got back to me & said its clogged after I told her they will cover if not clogged. So if its clogged why is the front working. They claimed the last family they tore apart & found a toy in it & it wasn't covered so they are guessing its a toy. SO I ask her well where should i watch & look so no more toys get in there & she said she doesn't know?? Also never gave me any paperwork either.

I brought mine in numerous times for this & they said something in the door kept coming loose but I still heard it & investigated myself & it was the 4th row outside seat! I unattached it & slammed it down & now it's so quiet! IDK if this will help but that was the noise I heard.
