I run a 2017 3500NVP SL and I have read through all the post on wheels and tires. I am ready to make the purchase and I am looking at Monster Energy 20x9 rims with Cooper ST Max 285 60R 20s. My tire guy told me today that his dealer says I would need a lift kit for such a large setup, any advise would be much appreciated, thx

Thank You for the replies, we are limited on height to fit in garage (94"), roughly leaving me with 8" to play with. My wife likes the look of the Yakima Jetstream load bars, has anyone used these? I of course want the aluminess with ladder, but far too pricey. Thanks again for all the help.
