  1. So it's October now. And once again. My steering wheel is shaking from side to side when breaking. This is getting ridiculous. I need new rotors again???????!!!!!!! Don't know I'll bring in the truck next week.
  2. I have had this issue on my 2016 NV 3500 HD Quigley. And it does not just happen on steep grades but if you hit the breaks hard at high speed say 50 mph +. You do not feel the break pedal pump like normal ABS engagement. Instead the steering wheel shimmy's from side to side. I have replaced my front rotors three times in the last two year. My Mechanic says they are warped, and he has to replace them each time. They are under a three year warantee. But come on. The last time we replaced them was in May, and I started to feel the shimmy again this morning. There has got to be a permanent solution.
  3. I had this issue starting about 3 months ago after my mechanic replaced my rear than front rotors and brakes. When you hit the brakes hard at about 60+ MPH it feels like the ABS is pulsating left and right jerking the steering wheel , ie a shimmy. I brought it back and they replaced the front rotors for free. I had not problems for about a month...then boom it started all over again least week. It is an intermittent problem and you have to be going 60 and hit the brakes hard. So it's difficult to reproduce. My mechanic thinks I'm crazy. I am beyond frustrated.
  4. This is my second Quigley. My last was a Ford. You just can't go wrong with a Quigley. They stand behind their work. Period.
