Hey I saw this pic on Facebook, he said he has a little rub on the door. It not much..... the tires are 33/12.5/r17’s ..... so pretty big I think!

Hey guys, have been following these threads for a while and am looking to buy wheels for my 1500

 

Stock width is 7.5 but these 8.5 inch wheels were guaranteed fit from the guy I spoke to

 

However I’m curious about the tires

 

I saw someone else use these same tires

 

Will this tire / wheel combo work for my 1500

 

Wanted to double check here before I pull the trigger

 

Any help much appreciated

Would love to see pics of these wheels when you get them.... seriously considering the same ones

Getting ready to take the family of 7 out this summer! Now towing a 32’ cougar! Tow mode works great on this 2017SL 3500!

The wheel looks good, but I personally would go with something wider that 6.5.

 

I have American Outlaw Bunker (17x8.5 with 10 mm offset) with GoodYear DuraTrac (245/75/17).

I think that the 8x6.5 is referring to the bolt pattern? Am I wrong

Looks awesome! were they pretty easy to instal yourself? Do you have a link to where you bought them from? everywhere I look they either don't look right or are out of stock. 

I haven't used or heard of this, what info do you have on it? did you end up going with it? 

Looking at upgrading wheels and tires, I think I have a pretty good handle on tire sizes, but finding wheels that actually seem like they will fit seems to be more of an issue.....  of course I am looking for black. 

Black rhino armory wheels are awesome but only come in 17"x9

So i am looking at these Pacer Nighthawk 166sb wheels....  (because they will fit the 255/75r17 tires I have)

It seems like the 15mm offset should be enough, 

Any experience with these or similar wheels? 

Lots of quigley fans here, is that mostly location based or are they really putting out a better product than advanced 4x4? 

Awesome, father of 4 kids 4 and under here too! Did you buy new or used? any upgrades to the van yet? 

how much did all the parts cost to do the lift? Trying to decide if I just want to do the lift or if I really need the 4x4 and whole set up from them. 

What did you do the grill and door handle with? 

Is plastic-dip the best option for this over other spray paints or even some of that spray on bed liner stuff?

Looking at buying a NVP3500 SL, also looking at a 4x4 package, any advice is welcomed. We are currently a family of 6 with possibility of more. Looking forward to reading on the forum and getting some great ideas for how to make mobilizing my family practical. Also does anyone have opinions of advanced 4x4 vs Quigley, I am much closer to advanced 4x4 but curious if there is a Quigley advantage?
