I hooked up a trailer to my 2018 NV2500 and the trailer had a grounded running & brake /signal light that shorted out the vans female 7 post factory plug . Saw this post and found the fuse to the turn signals in the fuse box LAHARVIEW photoed. It was the15A you see when you open the box right next to the relay box and was labeled TRAILER TURN on the under side of the cover. The running lights have several places to check. First in the pull out tray of the same above mentioned box under F4 10A labeled trailer tow. This fuse was good. I now spent another couple of hours researching, calling dealer and rechecking...Nothing..... Then noticed a box (not mentioned in NV hand book) mounted between the battery and head light, it is about 2'' x 5'' and has the same pull tabs as the upper boxes . In this box I found another trailer tow fuse 10A and it is marked under the box cover. It was blown. Running light and turn signals are back to working on van plug. Hope this helps the next guy.
