I have the same problem. Fortunately here in Oregon we don't get to wear shorts too many days.

Great choice. I went with the high roof cargo version to haul my motorcycles and camp out of. Enjoy.

Not sure if they would work for the passenger side of things but I use the rubber mats they sell for horse stalls. You can get them in different thickness at most farm supply stores.
