I just bought my van but I can share some toughts on other vans that I have had. Cold air intakes and especially high perforamce air filters do work to increase horsepower. However, if you do not add a more free-flowing exhaust to match the increased air flow you will also get much lower gas mileage. You need to talk to an experienced tuner to know what mods will increase your HP without adversely affecting your gas mileage.
