Up hill defiantly not the breaking when this happens It has never happened at a higher rate of speed I never really looked but would say below 50 MPH

We have 2012 NV 3500 every once in awhile we get a shutter / shake. It last about 10 seconds and than goes away. When this happens I can put the transmission in neutral and the problem stays. I can rev up the RPMs with no change to the shutter / shake. It does it when I'm towing and also does it when I'm not towing. Had it back to the dealer they found nothing. They did a transmission service and it still happens. Where should I start looking? Thanks
