Dealer could not replicate problem. He said he flashed the trans computer and dont know if its related but he said my OBD2 fuse was not installed causing a failure to connect. Van was better for a week or so, But manually downshifted descending a hill this morning and it locked me out of manual mode again..... Also having a charge system error now...

Mine has 600 miles on it. It has already been to the shop for a trans computer problem, The problem has just came back..... now the Charging system is showing an error. and i'm a quart and a half low on oil after a week..... I'm hoping this stems off eventually.

Hey Mike, Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your van? Mine is doing the same thing. about 500 miles. dealership is saying nothing wrong with it.

my Nv did not have a tow package stock. how hard is it to add the wiring to the transmission for the tow mode? How much do the altered shift points help with drivability?

Anyone know why the inverter locks out when the van is shifted out of park? Is it just a "keeping us safe from our selves" type of thing. Or is there a mechanical reason? ours is a mini RV and we would like to be able to watch a movie or play playstation while driving from the back seats, And our wattage gets close to the 150watt limit with tv and player.

This is where the TV will live. Maby just replace the whole peg board with solid Ply?

I am planning to add a 29" tv to the rear passenger side wall. I have an articulating arm mount to use, Just need a strong way to mount it. I was thinking using a piece of hardwood ply and attaching it to the NV's mount points in the wall. But haven't really thought it thru yet. Anyone do this before?

Does anyone have before and after pictures? The current lights in my NV are not nearly bright enough. Even strapping down cargo at night I felt like a flashlight would help. I have thought of adding 6-8 LED pods in the roof but if these brighten up the stock lights it might work

Just picked up my NV this week. A NV2500 High top V8. Looking forward to getting it set up the way we want it! Plans are to: mount a fold away bench seat on the drivers wall. A 29" tv on the Passenger wall. Blackout drape partition behind the driver and blackout drapes for rear windows(dark sleeping, noise reduction, and hold climate control near the driver more) Install my custom topper rack roof deck with area flood lights and external speaker mounts Second battery with deep cell And improve the lighting in the rear Lots to get working on!
