Thanks for the reply. Our van has the 4.0 V6. When did they finally agree to replace the engine? We are pretty upset that a vehicle this new is having a problem like this. Is this a common issue?

Hi Everyone, Our company has a 2012 NV2500 with about 32k miles that we use for deliveries. Love the van, but have been having an issue lately. It has started using coolant (not to the point it oveheats becuase it has been topped off, but enough that the reservior empties every 1000 miles or so). I see no leaks, no white smoke, but it seems like there is a lot of water that drips out the tailpipe. Also, the underside of the oil filler cap looks "milky" like the head gasket might be leaking. The dealer swears up and down that there are no issues. All they want to do it top off the coolant. But I see no way that a van less than 2 years old should be using ANY coolant, let alone this much. Any thoughts or similar experiences? Thanks!
