www.trucktrend.com (go to features) has just put out a quick review of 2014 light trucks and vans that includes the 2014 NVs.
The relevant portion:
2014 Nissan NVBase Price: $26,000-$39,000*Body Type: Full-size Commercial/Passenger VanUNCHANGED: The low- and high-roofed NV has yet to take the commercial or MPV sector by storm, but the NV is still a relative newcomer in a segment that updates infrequently. A new steel wheel design comes to the passenger S grade, while small interior changes grace the S and SV grades of the cargo variant. Both V-8 versions receive towing packages as standard.Look For: This segment to get crowded with Ford and Ram competitors in 2014.Sum Up: The 12-seat version has 324 possible seating combinations.
Buying NV passenger, how much should I pay / any tips on negotiating price?

Suffice it to say you should not pay his first offer.
There's currently a $1k cash rebate on the 2013s -- it's been in place since late last year -- so you shouldn't be paying any more than $1000 under invoice (see edmunds.com for invoice price for the setup you're looking for).
MO, you should be paying ~$1500 under invoice: $1k for the rebate, and $500 under that. I had a fleet manager offer me $1400 under invoice for an SL when I was in the market back in mid-January, here's the price breakdown per invoice:
