Quick question here... When did you do your first oil change in your NVP? Specifically, I drive the 2014 3500 HD NVP. (and when I say "I", I mean my wife.) I drive a little fiat pop, and it has a message that pops up when it is time to change the oil. Thanks ahead of time! -jeff.

There is only one other NVP here in town. Identical to ours... The dealership in town is too small to carry NVPs on the lot, so you have to travel a bit to find one to buy. Once our dealership is bigger (currently building new home) then we will probably start seeing more around.

harold50... while that does negate the sonar from beeping, it does not solve the problem. As now it no longer works when it is supposed to either. If I just paid $40K for a vehicle, I would expect this sort of "known and developed" technology to actually work the way it is supposed to work. I shouldn't have to make work-arounds so that my vehicle doesn't annoy me all the time. And Chris_commercialmanager, your initial answer of, "no vehicle is perfect", is not acceptable at all. If I had purchased my NVP from your dealership and that was the answer you gave me when I came in about this issue, I would have given you the vehicle back right there and walked to another dealership with my 40K...

I drive the fiat... cannot put all the kids in the fiat... and the wife drives the NVP... i haven't checked the dimensions yet... but going to look now to see if the fiat can fit in the back of the NVP! just checked... space behind front seats in NVP... 120.7 inches long and fiat is 139.6 inches long. NVP area is 64.4 inches wide and fiat is 64.1 inches wide... so it will fit width wise... but it will need to be bungee corded out the back door!

Finally gave in and made the purchase. Wife had been looking at it for about a year now. Purchased the new 2014 SL with tow and tech. Not even 200 miles on her yet, but she drives better than I thought she would. Should make for more peaceful road trips!
