Has anyone done a CNG conversion/dual fuel mod for the 5.6L NV? Wondering if there is enough room underneath for the tank without sacrificing too much ground clearance. I've got an F-150 (company fleet vehicle) with a dual fuel setup. Thinking of getting a compressor at the house for my own filing station for all my vehicles.

Yes, stability control. Nissan calls it vehicle dynamic control (VDC). Not sure why it came on but there were no problems with traction on the ride.

Anyone getting the slip indicator light when towing? I had it come on today as soon as I hitched up and started down the driveway.

I have a 2015 NV3500 with the factory tow package, and went to install a Prodigy P2 controller. To my knowledge, Tekonsha doesn't make a harness for this vehicle, so you would have to get a universal one and splice the wires with the butt splices. If you use the harness that Nissan provides with the vehicle, be advised this is a 5-wire harness and the Prodigy (and most others I think) are 4-wire controllers. I ended up not terminating the wire labeled for brake controller illumination. Also the colors of the wires don't match up, so be sure to use wiring diagrams for both the controller and the harness. After getting everything terminated and plugging in the camper, I was getting an "N.C." error on the controller...no trailer connected. Check voltage between the 5 and 7 o'clock pins and no voltage. Check the output of the controller...12 volts. At this point, the problem is between the terminations I just made and the 7-pin connector by the hitch. After verifying the terminations, I pulled the harness off the backside of the 7-pin connector and noticed that the 5 o'clock pin was bent and wasn't seating properly in its socket. Pushed it into place and re-secured the harness. All good. Literally we are happy campers! Just wanted to share this so you know that just because it's a brand new vehicle, things can and do go wrong once in a while at the factory!

Congrats on the great deal on the new ride! We got the '15 SL in Arctic Blue as well, even though we were looking for the Garnet. Very glad we went through with blue! I thought our deal was fair at $38,600. They threw in some extras and gave me a great, no-questions-asked deal on the trade. Probably one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've ever had. McGavock Nissan in Wichita did good by us!

New 2015 NV3500 SL -
It's definitely the sonar. Turning the switch off stops the beeping. Coming to a stop or backing out into a street doesn't make sense to me, nor does it make sense that rain amplifies the problem. I have a F-150 and a Tundra with sensors. Neither one act up like the NV does.

Does the camera look far enough behind the van to be worth it? I'll have to look next time I'm in it to see but I thought you're only really clearly seeing what is directly behind you. I ended up removing all the headrests so I have a better line of sight behind me. Right now my passengers don't require head rests.

Just bought my'15 NV3500 SL a few weeks ago and mine is beeping a lot in the rain, mostly when coming to a stop. Weird that Nissan hasn't fixed this issue yet.

Was thinking the same thing. Flip a switch when you are backing or pulling in, problem solved. If they ever come out with a TSB for this, I'll be one of the first to bring it in though. Pretty annoying in the rain.

I actually quite like the factory gps/radio unit in the 2015 NV3500 SL. Simple, functional, user friendly. Even reads my text messages out loud when I'm driving. Cheers Sean

Thanks. I like the white and silver NV too; those dark back windows contrast well with it. I'll be looking for some bigger wheels/tires, running boards and possibly a roof rack for the canoe. I see some good suggestions on the boards here...looking forward to exploring some more.

Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. We drove from the Tyler, TX area to Wichita, KS last weekend to purchase the 2015 NV 3500 SL that we wanted for our family of 9. The drive should have taken 7.5 hours, but thanks to mother nature it was a white-knuckled 16 hour drive. One big reason we drove such a long distance was because of the color of the NV, and it is ironically called "arctic blue"! Handled the snow like a champ. Already seen some good info and awesome photos to give me ideas with ours! Cheers, Sean
