Hello everyone, I've searched around to no success therefore I'm making a post. Both power windows stopped working suddenly, suspect a fuse or relay issue; however I'm unable to locate either that is labeled for the windows. Anyone able to direct me to where the power window fuse and relay are located 2012 NV2500 High Roof 5.6 Thanks.

Hello all. I have a 2015 NV 2500. About two days ago the drivers window made a horrible sound when I tried to lower it. I managed to get the glass back up by pressing with the palm of my hand and pushing the window up button. The next day I forgot and lowered the glass and then it would not rise again. It made a horrible noise when it failed. I brought it to the dealer today. They called me and asked me what happened, they said someone must have had the door open. Bolts were broken, some missing and the motor was wedged against the door. I explained that no on has had the door open. They need to order an actuator that will not be in for a couple of days so it looks like I will be driving with no drivers side window. Is this is a known issue? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance, Jim

I want to share my experience of having my driver and passenger windows tinted. The van was in my possession for only 15 hours. Windows clean, no scratches. I took it to a local business. They made a template from the exterior side of the window and use the glass as a cutting board for quick cuts on the film. When I left, the light hit the scratch caused by the Olfa/Utility knife that was about 3" long. I told the technician and he said it was there before, caused by a sticker that was there, etc. He will not take ownership of the scratch. After talking with him extensively, he offered to pay for the window to get buffed out. I don't think so. I also found an identical scratch on the other window from their same technique. The scratch is deep enough to catch your fingernail. Don't let this happen to you. Take pictures of your window beforehand and let them know not to cut on top of the glass.

First time on a forum, so bear with me. I purchased Nissan Side Window Deflectors (part 999D3-HX000) with the idea that I would install them myself. Seemed simple enough, but I'm running into problems. Has anyone done this (themselves)? Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks, Russ
