Sound proofing and insulating idea?

I want to sound proof and insulate the NV. Any ideas are welcome.

Does anyone have undercoating and it's ability to sound proof?

I put Dyna Mat (got it on Ebay) on the whole interior, this has helped. if you go to YouTube there are plenty video's of about this subject!

I've seen interior panel kits for the sprinter , they should be on the market soon for our NV's . Or I insulate and panel it like I did my '66 dodge van back in high school in the late 70's ...

Do you recall a rough amount of how much the dyna mat cost to do the entire van

If you wanna DynaMat similar product at a fraction of the cost true DynaMat try "Peel and Stick" at Lowes in Roofing materials. Lots of hotrodders and DIY car stereo guys use it.
