andy_george Posted July 22, 2016 The wife and I, along with our 4 beautiful girls, are heading out from Mid-Michigan Monday, heading to NE Nebraska to visit her side of the family. Taking the cargo trailer to bring some furniture back from my wife's Folks house. Taking I-80 for the majority of the route. If anyone sees us, I'm hoping we are right-side-up, unlike every picture I post to this forum!
chphilo Posted July 22, 2016 I am itching to take a trip like that. Unfortunately, we got a puppy this summer. So all our trips have been short ones. Take some cool shots along the way.
andy_george Posted July 22, 2016 Thanks for the photo flip! I'm assuming the forum doesn't like my iPhone, but that's just a guess... 1 chphilo reacted to this
radin2son Posted July 22, 2016 chpfilo. Curious, how to you edit someone else's photo? I was expecting a photo of your puppy. andy_george. Enjoy your trip. That is a huge trailer, or is it the angle of the photo? 1 chphilo reacted to this
andy_george Posted July 22, 2016 Thanks rad. It is big, 25' long and 8' wide, but it's all aluminum so it only weighs around 3000lbs. Pulls real nice.... 1 chphilo reacted to this
chphilo Posted July 25, 2016 Andy, I use iPhone also. What's bad is iPhone automatically flips to the right orientation on the phone (while the picture is still flipped). I download it to the computer, open the file, simply copy the whole picture, then open the file saved on the template, then resave it (computer does show the right orientation).chpfilo. Curious, how to you edit someone else's photo? I was expecting a photo of your puppy.andy_george. Enjoy your trip. That is a huge trailer, or is it the angle of the photo? For someone else's photo, I just download it to my computer, copy the file, open it from the template, then resave it. Then I could post it as if it's one of my own picture. (before resaving it, I have to turn it to the right orientation)
radin2son Posted July 25, 2016 Ok. I've saved photos that way but never thought to try what you did to correct someone else's photo. Good job. I also found that vertical photos don't transfer correctly just using the iPhone. So I avoid posting them, unless I take the time to do what you have described.
