HuckFinn Posted August 1, 2016 I have a 2016 NV3500 passenger van that makes an odd beeping sound like "buh-boop" every time I pass a certain point on a toll road in Maryland. It is not directly under the EZPASS sensor, but I have always suspected there was some connection. That has been the only place it makes that sound until yesterday it happened on the Skyline Drive in Virginia. Anyone have any idea what this is? radin2son Posted August 2, 2016 Where is car talk when you need it? One couple with front sonar problems made a video. Try this on the toll road. Beyond that you will need to figure what works correctly...
HuckFinn Posted August 10, 2016 I turn the sonar off because it is annoying and useless. This is a completely different sound.
radin2son Posted August 10, 2016 I was only half joking about car talk. They would have ruled out the non-sensor sound even if you had not told them you turn the system off. But, even they could not solve your issue without more info. You know the drill... When it happens, what's on, off, what you are doing etc. Good luck.
