laharview Posted March 16, 2017 The Water Company I operate just bought a 2017 NV 200 (at my recommendation) to use as a Radio Meter Reading and Meter Maintenance Van. It replaces a 2003 Ford Ranger. Below is it next to my camperized 2015 NV 2500 SV HD. 3 ASD Dad, chphilo and Bamps reacted to this

radin2son Posted March 16, 2017 (edited) Great photos to compare the 2. Earlier this month enroute to Joshua Tree NP, we passed a motorcoach towing a 70s VW camper. The VW was that yellow/orange color and had swooshes to match the motorcoach paint scheme. No need for a spare tire, just tow a spare camper. radin2son Posted March 20, 2017 (edited) Found the photo I took of the VW. It was a vertical shot and I had to make it "square" then crop it so it posted correctly. Wish the monitors or "guides" would fix this. Same for adding 2017 model year. Something serious going on with the engine. Also an aftermarket poptop. We have seen a lot of restored Vanagans and Syncros but wouldn't want to return to one after having our NV for 4+ years. Back to the original thread, sort of... In the U.K. they turn the NV 200 into nice looking poptop campers. Few US NV 200 owners participate in this forum, I think in part to the absence of a passenger version. I think there was a US owner who planned to camperize his and another from a U.K. owner waiting on delivery of his camperized NV 200. We have seen several diy Transits and 1 Ram City. Both look bigger than the NV 200. Edited March 20, 2017 by radin2son
