Replacement head units that use factory backup camera

Every thread I've seen on replacing the head units in the NVPs also seems to replace the factory backup camera. I feel confident in removing/replacing the head unit, but not in installing a new backup cam... are there any that are "plug and play" with the steering wheel controls/backup cam? Ideally something with CarPlay for navigation.
