Van seems to be hard to hold on the road on the highway. Had new tires(rear)put on plus 2 new struts in front.Took it back and they said they put aiir in the back tires but seems to be the same. I have a lot of tools in the back as I'm sure everybody else does. Anybody else have this problem? It doesn't seem like it was doing this before I had the work done.

It started after they changed the tires/struts?  Maybe they effed up the strut job or the rear tires just need to wear in a bit.  Sometimes new tires can feel squirmy.  Or maybe they put the wrong tires on.  Shops are capable of anything, especially if they are dealer service departments.

It’s just a guess, but I’d also blame the tires.  Truck tires with large sidewalls and deep tread can really feel squirmy, especially when the tires you replaced were low on tread.  Let us know if it gets better!

If they installed new struts in the front they could have bumped the alignment out of spec and you might need to go get it done.

Just had this issue pre new tires. I would take it in and have them check alignment. Are you getting any shaking or rumbling at highway speeds?
