Trailer turn and brake light fuse

Every time I plug in my "NEW" car  hauler  trailer into the NV the turn signal and brake light fuse lasts a while but then blows out.  The trailer does not blow the fuses on my F-350.

 

Should I try a 25 amp fuse?

This "NEW TRAILER" had a bare wire, by an act of GOD it never grounded out until I tagged it to the NV!!!!

 

I love this VAN, I operate Appalachian Towing and I am using this van to tow disabled cars out of town!!
