Well I bought a NV tall boy, in fact probably one of the first.Well my manual key door locks are failing.Drivers side key will open the door, but not lock it.Passengers side will Lock the door but not open the door with the key.Sliding door is beginning to act up.The back door key needs to be jiggled a little.Anyone else having this problem,called the dealer, the warranty won't cover it.Got 50k on her. axulsuv Posted June 15, 2014 You might try a New Key from your local dealer if the issue seems to be the lock cylinders and not the mechanism connected to the cylinder. Sometimes a little WD40 or graphite will go a long way . Mine are all manual too and I've had no issues at all yet . And I say a OE key to save time and headaches with some of the after market ones . And if I remember correctly the keys are chipped for the ign. lock cylinder , so it does need to get programmed for your ecu to recognize it ....
