Biggest tire for 20’s on non-lifted?

So, I know 275/65r20 with a +18 offset will fit a stock nv3500 but………

Will a 285/55r20 or even a 33/11.5r20 fit on a stock one and if so, what offset did you use?

Ps- I don’t mind buying an extended door bracket but i don’t want to lift it.
