PMie Posted November 12 I have a 2017 NV3500. My AC stopped working suddenly. I had the freon checked and with the engine off it was 70 on high and low side. The Clutch on the compressor is not engaging. My next step was to change the relay for the clutch but I cannot find it. Can anyone help with this?? OpenRoad Posted November 18 I haven't had to troubleshoot my A/C system but looking at the service manual the A/C compressor relay is part of the what's called the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room) located under the hood behind the battery. The service manual says "IPDM E/R integrated relays are not serviceable parts and must not be removed from the unit". There is a 10A fuse in the A/C relay circuit located in the IPDM box labeled as F8. (see service manual pages PCS-25, HAC-147 and PCS-13) Perhaps just need to replace the fuse? Or the magnetic clutch on the compressor is bad? Hope this helps for what its worth. I have attached the service manual pages in case you don't have access to the factory service manual. Would recommend you download it if you do much work on your van. It is posted somewhere on this site but don't remember where offhand. Good luck.
