tteuvky Posted Tuesday at 10:19 PM (edited) I have nv200 2015 cargo van his Ac system doesn’t work. 10A Fuses both are good, one in under steering wheel and other in under hood. There is gas also inside system and showing around 35psi in low line. Showing some pressure also in high line when I push the valve. As soon as I turn On Ac system, the green light on button turn On, the engine rpm goes little bit high like 100rpm to 150rpm also. The both condenser fans start spinning also. When I turn Off Ac system, they both turn Off also. The problem is Ac Clutch Never Kick On, I also turn it by hand to see if it is jam but with hand i can turn it with engine On and Off. I have also push the clutch little bit with wood stick hardly but doesn’t want to kick at all perhaps the condenser fans kick On right way. I tried to find Ac clutch relay but it seem there is no relay in this cargo van. Some people showing relay location but on mine it is DTRL relay instead of Ac relay. I am from Canada in case it might help you understand. Any guesses.. clue.. ?? Thanks Edited Tuesday at 10:22 PM by tteuvky
crusty Posted Tuesday at 11:54 PM 35PSI on the low side without the compressor running isn't enough. That low of a pressure is where the compressor kicks off. You have a leak. Look along the lines and fittings for a oily/dirty spot. That is where your leak is at. You are not going to fix it chasing electrical, that isn't your issue. tteuvky Posted yesterday at 12:00 AM If there is a leak, it should not empty the whole system and drop PSI to 0?
tteuvky Posted yesterday at 12:01 AM Another question, how come there is no Ac Relay in this véhicule? Thanks

You can have a leak and be low, but not zero. Keep waiting, it will eventually get to zero. The relay exists, but is part of the computer. Not user servicable or even accessable. Keep people from doing the wrong thing.
tteuvky Posted yesterday at 01:42 AM (edited) Good and smart exemple of tire. You mean people like me? :))lol I think there should be a leak which need to be repaired or maybe pressure switch, because I already poured around 1 pound cann two week ago, even with leak, it should work at least for a few second because it will still take little few min to freon escape.
