How to wire break controller

I just bought a new 2014 NV 3500HD SL V8 passenger van and I have the harness for the break controller. Where does one put this harness? I saw the thread about where to put the break controller, but not how one wires this. Does anyone have pictures or a howto for this? I don't even know what panels need to come off or what.

No panels come off.  Look for the white connector for the harness down by the parking brake pedal.  It will be taped up behind it along the firewall.  Easy to see once you look at the pigtail connector and then get down there and look.

Yup, Like ASD Dad said, wire pig-tail is taped off by the e-brake pedal. It's long enough, once you plug in the adapter harness to place the controller just about anywhere you wan't within easy reach of the driver.
