MrOlaf Posted February 27, 2016 I happened to run into another ram promaster owner. I was filling up my nv at Sam's club and an owner of a promaster was filling up behind me. I told him, I thought they were all diesel, how do you like your van etc? Well anyways he's not happy. It's been in the shop a bunch for minor issues. Buuuuuuut it does have one issue that makes him furious. The cargo area floor cracked to the point where you can see the road beneath. He only hauls tasty cakes so over loading is clearly not an issue. The vehicle was less than a year old and they are telling him it's not a warranty issue. A mechanic did take him to the side and basically said they make everything so thin which is why it broke. In the mean time he's covered the floor with wood. Yikes. 1 seaweedsteve reacted to this

Wallyc Posted February 27, 2016 Which is why I got away from domestics.if they don't stand behind what they sell /make then why buy them . If I did that every time somebody said they had a warranty issue I wouldn't have a company . That's a shame
Great White Posted February 27, 2016 (edited) Sounds like Dodge. Miserable company to deal with. They denied any problems with my Challenger and the transmission problems with the Ram truck I gladly traded in on my NV. This is so much more solid vehicle than anything Dodge puts out. Dodge is a master of not standing behind what they sell. It is not a surprise that there are major issues with their van. Run don't walk away from their vehicles.
