  1. The Nissan NV Forum has been upgraded to the latest software version. We have some more changes to make later today - it's 1:58 PM, est. here, so we're calling it a night.
  2. What is VOYO? The World’s Most Advanced Connected Car Technology We have developed the world's most advanced, aftermarket connected car system. At the core of the VOYO platform is the ability to acquire and utilize the large amounts of complex data produced by modern cars. The VOYO controller is based on a specialized, high speed data logger that is typically used by auto companies in their development work. VOYO connects to the OBD-II port of your car, generally located underneath the dash. Any car built since 1996 has one, and most of VOYO’s Standard Features will be supported in a wide number of cars. For certain models/years of GM, Ford and Toyota, you will have the option to add our remote controlled Relays that increase VOYO's fuel savings and add unique security features. Additional makes/models are planned post Kickstarter. Depending on the vehicle, you may also have the option to upgrade to our Premium Pack services. See below for more details on VOYO hardware, Standard Features, Premium Pack services and supported vehicles. By the time your VOYO ships, you will be able to download the free VOYO phone App. It will provide you with a whole new digital experience and allow you to collect a wealth of information about your car as well as control its systems. The App will also guide you through the set up process and confirm that VOYO is correctly installed. The whole system is plug and play and is connected in under 2 minutes. No tools or automotive experience are required. Click here for VOYO's Kickstarted page.
  3. We changed "staff" to NV Guide :) Staff just sounded impersonal and boring. If anyone ever wants to change their login name, drop us a note here.
  4. you can click on the contact us page and we can change your photo if you like. Generally, it needs to be 200px wide http://nissannvforum.com/contactus/

  6. The Nissan NV Forum has two anti-spammer tools, however, despite best efforts, sometimes spammers still get through. Here's a breakdown of how many spammers we caught attempting to get into the site during the past few months (June/July 2015): If you find spam on this site OR other objectionable content, here's how to report it in one easy step! ^ Hover your mouse over the ghost "Report" link - ^ Click on the "Report" link and file the report and we will investigate.
  7. We check in via the back end. The e-mail server failed during the last spam "invasion," so we didn't get the reports in a timely matter - our fault totally. As you can see, we addressed the problem pretty quickly today. Moreover, we've installed some anti-spam software, but sometimes they still get through. Spammers Stopped in June/July thus far.
  8. Got them. Thanks for sending in the report.
  9. When we upgraded the site a few days ago, some of the anti-spam registration features were disabled and some spammers were able to register. We have since addressed this problem and are looking to install new barriers as well. If you encounter spammers on this site, please report the post OR contact us here. Thank you for helping to keep this place clean and free of spam! :2thumbs:
  10. Found about 2 dozen accounts from Russia and India and we eliminated them all. Odd because we just upgraded to a new version, so we'll have to check into this.
  11. Let me check into these spam reports because we're not getting them and this is a BIG deal to us. Once we receive such a report, we act on it right away. If you see spam not be dealt with ASAP, please use the contact link above or HERE.
  12. Google ads are often served based on what a certain user might have "searched" for. If you searched for a trip to Germany, you'll see those types of ads, etc.
  13. OK - it wasn't the ad that were causing the issue - if was a step that we didn't do during the upgrade - totally our fault. Thanks for reporting the issue and being patient :)
  14. made some changes at 2:40 pm, est. based on ticket support. PLEASE see if this helps. Sorry for the hassles.
