  3. Got the EVAP fixed and they tell me the evap tank was full of water. How the beep did water get in the there. They were stumped by this. They had to call and report this to corporate/ engineering. This would be the fifth van they had with this problem. I have to go back on monday to reset the computer they did not do. Everything else seems to be ok.

nope bulbs replaced twice. bad batch from sylvania or during shipment
  6. I have a 2012 NV 2500 V8 and with my written calculation over the past 7 months I'm averaging 12.8 with some equipment in the back. YOU CAN NOT go by the digital read out. That is what you call average over 5000 miles. It's not the true reading. Goes with every manufacture. These vans are good but the mileage is not the best. Should put a 6 cylinder diesel cheap for better mileage from japan pref from there fork lifts.
  7. I purchased this van new on December 5 2011 with 14 miles V8 . Whwn leaving the lot I had to turn around and replace the interior light int the back cargo area. They gave me three bulbs and with in the week I replaced the rest of the bulbs. I told them about this and they think the batch of bulbs at the factory from sylvania were bad. Next thing is when I back up some times and cut the wheel it sounds like metal is rubbing together - they are still looking into this today. I now have 7600 miles on it and the light came on. P0443 evap short. The gas pours back out at you when trying to fill the tank. Not saying its a bad vehicle but is this going to be a problem. Maybe this will be it but I should call Nissan customer support to report this problems.
  8. Has anyone have any issues with interior lighting in there van. I have replaced all the three rear bulbs in 1 month of ownership. I'm going to put different lighting like florescent soon but I just wanted if there is defective bulbs at the factory or electric issues.
  9. I have been getting any where from 10 to16 mpg. I currently have 2800 mile on my NV 2500 high top. To you people out there make sure the AC is not on. The light on the AC button should be off. I found a couple of things about the AC. It is computerized so if you know about defrost the ac will turn on to help the thawing affect putting the van under load, sacrificing fuel economy. Even on regular heating I seen it come on do to temp outside dips below 32. 2nd I have seen the AC turn on randomly. I'm not to sure if it is defective, if the computer thinks it needs to be on. So on that note turn the defrost on then shut the AC off. The defrost will still work. Other than that its been great other than a couple other issues that I will write in the correct sub forum.
