  1. Ok, so i am sick of the rear ed of this beast always looking saggy. I have the Front-end leveling kit and with no weight it sits level, but with passengers, the boat, or trailer it drops too much. I looked everywhere for a solution, but I don't like the idea of the Timbren's as they are way overpriced for a large "bumpstop" I have had airbags on every tow rig I've owned for the last 15 years. But no one makes them for the NV3500, just the 2500. Ok, with a full summer of towing behind me an getting flashed at "for having my brights on at night" i relented and ordered the 2500 Firestone kit #2551. Put it on this morning and it fits like a glove!!!! I cannot wait to hook up the trailer and tow this weekend. Now if i can just find a bigger tank the the puny piece of !@@#$%%^ fuel tank that comes in these Beasts.
  2. Here are a few of mine. Love this Beast!
  3. Yes, I do use a WD hitch, and it helps a ton, just trying to get that extra bit better.
  4. I am towing a 5 place enclosed (V-nose) trailer. Empty 4500lbs, fully loaded 6500-7000lbs. It tows really well, but is a little "squirmy", I know airbags would help and level the Van out, as they have on my other vehicles.
  5. Anyone come up with anything for the Rear-end Sag?
  6. Very nice I love the muffler, and using Unistrut to build the roof rack.
  7. So I contacted Firestone, and they have nothing for the NV3500, just the 2500. Has anyone made them work on a 3500? What is required? I have had airbags on other vehicles for years and lived the adjustabilit...can't imagine going to Timbrens.
  8. Can you elaborate on your additions? What step bars did you go with, and what did you use for flooring? I would love to see PIcs. Thanks,
  9. Anyone? If not airbags, are you using something else to level the NV when Towing?
  10. Updated.....They Fit!! See Below Has anyone found rear suspension air bags for an NV3500? Looked all over with no luck.

  12. Looks like they released the new 2017 NV's. Only changes i can see are the Engine and Trans....and a higher price tag. Bummer.
  13. I have looked at those many times....what i need is someone to take the motor and trans out of my current Ford and Stuff it into the NV. Or Nissan to get off their butts and put a big diesel in the 2017!!! I'd put a deposit on one today.
  14. Just sold a 35' weekend warrior. Going to buy something that can fit a 4-seat RZR and towable by NV.
  15. Yes,I do have a modded 7.3l. And it is a beast, but it is coming up on 20 years old. It has cost me almost 6k to keep running in the past 18 months. New trucks are $70k+. and used $40k units have tons of miles. We have several friends who have NV's and like them, so that is our plan, but are deciding if we should buy now of wait till spring? I may even keep the F350, as it's worth more to me than the value I'll get selling it. I have 4 kids that want to take friends boating and the two oldest are racing for High school Mtn bike team. So traveling in NV will be way more comfortable than 6 in cab of truck.
  16. Sitting here waiting for the info on new 2017's. We plan on towing with this quite often: Boat, Toyhauler, Atv Flatbed, Question,;is the newer motor and transmission going to be worth waiting for if towing ability is a priority over gas mileage?
