  1. Where did you order the grill and what was the cost? Also, what are you going to do with the black bumper? paint? replace? cover with grill? We are looking to eventually get rid of all the chrome.
  2. Do you have an updated picture since modifying the step to align with the sliding door? I just put a deposit on an Aluminess Roof Rack with accessories and wanted to send them a picture of your step. Hoping that they will see if it's possible to make one that will work with my van with the ladder and other accessories on it. Fingers crossed!
  3. My state doesn't allow diminished value claims. Wish they did. I was hit on the freeway in our minivan, my frame was bent and needed to be fixed. I thought frame damage was always something that would cause our car to be considered "totaled". But it's not. And so though their insurance paid for the repairs, I was left with a car that had frame damage and the loss of value was on me :(
  4. Awesome! Any pictures of the screens? Always looking for ideas on where to put the screens
  5. I would like to black out all the chrome (2017 3500SL) including door handles, side mirrors, grill, front bumper. Currently at an auto body shop and they are recommending replacing the parts with black ones instead of paint (their system shows black available). Has anyone done that before? How did you black yours and what was cost? Getting frustrated because if the parts aren't correct I'm paying to restock :(
  6. I haven't noticed the speed limit notification. We also have a 2017 maxima and that one clearly shows it. Will start paying attention to the NV. Do you know how to tell if it's a 2017 nav card? I pulled it out but couldn't find a year.
  7. Thank you for the tips. And I have no idea what nav card we have, but will have my husband check tonight. Any tips on floor mats?!
  8. I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures- but doesn't seem to allow me on my phone. The sticker price was $41,200 plus splash guards, mats, side molding and delivery it was $42,785. We got it for $39,000 plus tax and license and financed with my credit union at 2.25% for 72 mths and since we used their True Car service we got an additional .50% off, bringing it to 1.75% over 72 mths. We could have gotten the van a little cheaper but would have to drive much further to get, and would have to wait a little longer to receive. We just had baby #5, and needed it ASAP. But considering the price was only a little more than what they are locally selling the 2016's for- I feel good with the price I negotiated. And we got a great rate on the loan.
  9. We picked up our 2017 3500 SL passenger van last night. It was the first one in Southern California to arrive, and we grabbed it the day it rolled off the truck.
  10. Our growing family just purchased a black 2017 3500SL Passanger van last night. We've been waiting for weeks for one to arrive in Southern California, and yesterday we got the call. Lots of things we would like to add and do to it... but looks like figuring out mats will be priority #1. Beige + Kids + Rain and sports = Not Good
