  1. hey all, i know this a year old thread, but I like putting information in the pertinent areas. A guy over on the facebook NV owners forum (same one who put together the rear AC filter kit) has put some load balancers together for the Rear AC system. basically limits the air flow to the front and forces air to the rear. holy crap they work great. just shows that Nissan didn't design the system, just put a straight duct and poked some holes in it. This isn't mine, but it works so well for mine ( had the same problem, barely any air coming out of the rear vents) that I'd love for someone else searching for something to find it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/NissanNVFamilies/permalink/1082811875245909/ https://www.makerbin.com/collections/automotive?fbclid=IwAR1fx_e54rs714yRVGSk0pWN8JjJOsen5aBZkQlxXjKLzZfwqSe13c8YlpY https://www.makerbin.com/collections/automotive/products/nv3500-rear-ac-vent-flow-balancers-straighteners-set-of-4
  2. we tow a similar sized trailer, a 30QBSS which is about 34' total length. we're in the black hills, so lots of up and down, and definitely struggle on the hills, but overall its not a bad tow. length hasn't been an issue, it has a decent wheelbase for that length trailer on the highway. and maneuvering a long trailer like that around smaller areas...well that is just a matter of practice and having a spotter if you get nervous. really the only big gripe I have, other than the usual towing with a gas engine frustrations, is the size of the gas tank. 28 gallons at 7 mpg means you start to get nervous with more than 150 miles between stops. and in the wide open spaces of Wyoming that's not that uncommon.
  3. Awesome, definitely an easy add I'm going to do.
  4. I work/live in the path, so i'll step outside during the day and take a look.
  5. I know the conversation in here is more about changing wheels, but no mods, no lift, stock wheels, 285/70r17 tires fit fine. No rub/shimming needed for the door. No rubbing at full lock left or right on the fronts. It's been said before on the forum but it's kind of hard to find
  6. several people have this issue. the bronze connectors don't always make good contact with the door. if you unscrew the connection on the frame and put some washers on there, it makes better connection and works more consistently. I only had to put one washer on each screw and it works fine now.
