Are there any direct swap speakers without additional hardware like amps and wiring harnesses?

Could you please share some more details about this project? What speakers did you use?

Hello all, I drive a 2015 NV 1500 cargo. The van is overall amazing and i love it to death. The only thing i would like to change in it are the speakers. I would like to upgrade them without swapping out the stock nav head unit. Is there a direct speaker swap available or should I not even bother because it won't improve the audio quality with the stock head unit?
