    Well. It was the F11 15a Fuse under the hood. Shit! Simple enough.

    I swap it to the passenger side and it works. I have only 30K miles on the van. No accidents. So I am doubtful it is a wiring issue.

    2013 NV2500 driver side headlight quit working (low beam only). I replaced the H13 Bulb, yet the Low Beam still is inoperative. Suggestions???
