  1. I bought our 2014 Nissan high roof with 15,000 miles and I'm at 75,000 now. It's been a brilliant, reliable vehicle. The only issues have been about doors. The slider has had a few times when it wouldn't open... turned out to be the connections on the doorjamb which. I think they placed washers behind, to make the contact point on the door nearer. The rear doors had a few "stuck" issues but it's been years since either. Last, there can be water intrusion. We've had some leaks but in 27 cars I've owned, and lots of Toyotas, I feel this is the most dependable.
  2. My 2014 High Roof has had off and on leaking above the rear wheels on both sides... like, in the roof, but above the rear wheels. Had the dealer look at before warranty expired.. at first, they made it sounds as if it might get totaled (!) and replaced... then they found out we'd been rear ended in the last 6 months. It *barely* bent one section of the rear bumper, but that , to them added potential component failure/seal failure that could have happend due to the hit. EYEROLL. The problem predated the hit but I couldn't get them to agree (even though they'd looked at it for this issue prior). So, yep, I've asked a body shop and it sounds like a rich man's fox hunt to identify where the water is getting in. Living with it and fortunately, it's a fantastic van, or I'd be looking elsehwere.
