  1. Sure your not hitting the inverter switch next to the tow mode? Does the Tow light on the dash come on? May be the switch is not connected properly.
  2. I have searched and not found the answer. So here goes. The plastic spring like thing in my drivers seat is broken. This is what provides the lumbar support and adjustment. The adjuster and cable are working. Does anyone know if this can be purchased separately? It is the big white thing in the rear of the drivers seat. Sorry but I cant seem to upload any photo of it.
  3. I was out in Taos in June of this year. There are a lot of neat places to visit out there. The gorge is just one of them. We spent a week out there and didnt see everything. Plan for a long stay. My pics of the gorge, a few anyway. https://sites.google.com/view/firefight100/travels
  4. It is probably the oil change reminder light. Comes on at a preset mileage. Check your manual.
  5. I use Offline Maps and Navigation app. Does gps based navigation with no cell coverage, Just download the maps prior to your trip.
  6. I sold the ones that were in my van for $100 for each unit.
  7. In the owners manual In my manual it is on page 2-19, under instruments.
  8. There are settings for oil, filter, and tire rotation based on mileage. Check those. You probably hit one of those miles.
  9. I dont think there is a separate flasher. It looks like it is controlled by the BCM. You might have to install a resistor across the led's to increase the current draw to slow down the rate.
  10. They should be able to put data from the BCM to show what is happening. Have they?
  11. Is there anything plugged in to one of the outlets? Did you try engine running, in Park then turn it on?
  12. I would suggest you go for the 2500. Resale will be better than for the light weight one. And you should be able to have a van seat bolted in the back. With seat belts. Be sure they are secured properly. I love the v8. I dont get passed unless I wan to be.
  13. The starter is on top of the motor (V8) at the rear, under the intake. Are you using a transponder key? Might try a different key? Also there are some fuses and relays under the hood that could be at fault. If you have the service manual, they have a good troubleshooting steps for no start. If you dont have it, go and download it. Google it.
