  1. It has now become clear that the tires fitted are not E rated. These will have to be changed.
  2. My garage has just fitted 285/70/17 to my NV2500 High Roof and have just called me to say that the maximum tire pressure on KO2's is 50psi as oppose to 80psi on stock tires. It seems that KO2's are a popular choice for NV2500/NV3500/NVP owners. What tire pressures are used and does this affect maximum load carrying capacity?
  3. Has anybody tried these:- https://www.suburbanseats.com/search/swivel No doubt they would need some conversion / fettering.
  4. Brand New Stock Wheels and Tires New Stock Styled 17 x 7.7” Wheels and Tires LT245/70r17 for sale $750 for 5 Only have 100km ‘demonstration’ kilometres. Available in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
  5. Hi – I have just bought a NV2500 V8 with High Roof awaiting completion from the dealer. I am looking for information and advice as to how to fit-out for camping and fishing. I should point out that sleeping and living facilities in the van are secondary to being able to carry and have readily available the mountain of gear I deem necessary. I shall be driving long distances on highway and then off-road for the final few miles to destination. Electronic 4 x 4 conversion is in the plan together with 3” lift. From what I can gather having researched everything I can find 285x70x17 with 18 degree offset is the biggest tire you can go without interfering with the sliding side door – and that is with the stock rim. Comment on this would be appreciated. Also - what about with 18” rims? I am looking for a balance of good highway performance (smooth ride and no undue noise) coupled with off-road capability.
  6. Hi – I live in Western Canada and have just bought a NV2500 High Roof V8 to convert to 4 x4 and ‘jazz’ for fishing and camping primarily in the USA. I shall be making another post looking for advice on wheels and tires as well as layout for conversion.
