  1. 2013 NV2500 120,000 miles. Backstory on what has been done so far: 4 New tires (pulls same as with old ones), been on a frame machine (frame is dead on), been aligned 4 times, checked brakes with thermal imaging and both rotors have same heat signature regardless of drive time. Played with air pressure endless options and changed nothing. From the second you begin to move it begins heading to the right. Faster you go the faster it goes to the right. Dealer stumped, 2 front end shops stumped. Caster is off on the right front 1 deg and these vans are fixed upper control arms so cant adjust that. I want to make the upper control arms adjustable so the caster can be dialed in. Has anyone ever seen, heard of, or found adjustable upper control arms and or ball joints? Easily can buy all the Tundra adjustable arms I want, but not a single company I have found sells anything for the NV2500 vans. Also new upper control arm and ball joint did not change alignment, or stop the pulling to the right.
  2. This van is giving me one fit after another. If anyone here can share techincal stuff concerning these 2 codes such as scan data, stft, ltft, airflow and O2 sensors, etc please respond here and I will share the data I currently am seeing. I am not on top of Nissan diagnostics at all. Have been a tech for many years, however in my area we simply never seen many Nissans. I now have moved to a larger area and have bought one that is eating my lunch. I have a Verus Edge, can screenshot specifics, discuss in tech lingo, just need to figure this thing out.
  3. Signed up to make this post. A irritating, almost timing chain rattle developed in my NV. I began paying close attention and it would rattle and stop rattling almost like flipping a switch. Read older 4.0 engines had an issue with the power valve in the intake causing a rattle. After a discussion with local Nissan dealer, and them telling me they have NEVER sold or replaced one, possibly was timing chain I decided to just wing it. Ordered OEM power valve and vacuum diaphragm that controls it. Total time 30 minute to swap it out....rattle gone. Anyone else had the newer designed plastic power valve fail? There have been multiple part number changes so I assume Nissan is still chasing this issue.
