Thank you for replying. Of course climbing up on top is ideal, but the van owner is 2 hrs drive away and does not own a ladder. I think that I am starting to understand what it looks like. Basically upside down U shaped straps with a hole in them for a bolt. If that is the case, then the brackets that I use on the sprinters and Transits will also work. Hopefully.

Thanks for the photos of the roof mounts. Still trying to figure out what it looks like on top of that roof and why the attachment is so complex vs just a bolt down ? Is it sort of like a T slot arrangement?

Hi, I am looking for information about the roof mounting points on the NV 2500. A friend purchased one and I am (probably) going to be helping with a solar panel / electrical install. I downloaded the body builder manual and it shows the roof mount locations, but not a lot of details. Thanks Harry
