I took a mirror off and the plug in the door did not have the pins for heated mirror option. What exactly does prewired mean?

I have power mirriors and want to install power heated mirrors. Does anybody know if there is power for the heat option already at the mirror plug? I have rear windows with the defroster, I'm hoping the switch will also do the mirrors.

I just purchased a used nv hightop with the V-8. 34,000 miles, Runs great but noticed the exhaust has this deep base sound in the cab. Is this normal? iI had a 2001 E250 ford van with the V8. The exhaust has no leaks.
